For consulting services, namely POS (Point of Sale) Drive-Thru Kiosks. The Kiosks can be attached to an existing building such as a Drive-Thru prescription service as seen at some Walmart, CVS or Target sores. Another option is a free standing small kiosk such as some banks have placed ATM Drive-Thru's in shopping centers. Both styles have the option of a live sales person or simple vending services. The HempDriveThru™, and the full line of consumer products therein, will comply with the Federal CSA (Controlled Substance Act) State and Federal Industrial Hemp lawful policies. HempDriveThru™ all have a tap touchscreen that display all of the product information and educational content in the form of pictures and short videos that helps engage and retain the consumer’s attention. The HempDriveThru™ will use the standard POS (point of sale) transaction method of credit and debit cards along with a “PATENT PENDING” optional, free, special pre-loadable debit card that works in conjunction with a specially designed scratch-off card which gives the consumer an instant onetime 10% to 25% product purchase discount by using that card one time, per sales transaction. Examples of the products are: Confectionery hemp products such as Hemp Sucker®, hard candy, chocolate and mints. Health food and nutritional vitamin supplements such as hemp heart seeds, hemp seed oil, tablets and capsules. Hemp clothing such as hats and t-shirts. Hemp drinks such as water, milk, protein and energy drinks. Hemp personal hair and skin care products such as salve for pain relief, hemp hair shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, face cream, eye cream, lip balm, hemp makeup, hemp soap, toothpaste and massage oil. Hemp consumable products such as honey, flour and hemp seed butter, hemp protein powder and hemp seed infused with olive and coconut oil, hemp granola, hemp crackers, hemp power bars, hemp coffee and tea, hemp chewing gum. Hemp pet products such as treats, food and toys. Hemp Seeds for sprouting. Hemp pre-rolls and Hemp cigarettes. The HempDriveThru™ kiosks will sell small sample sizes
of each product; while the parent company’s website will sell the larger product sizes;
as the kiosks can only accommodate small items and samples. In addition, one style of
kiosk be non-refrigerated and another style will be refrigerated for drinks and the like.
