The CBDKiosks™ unique vending system is: "Patent Pending"

For consulting services, namely POS (Point of Sale) Kiosks which sell industrial CBD hemp consumer products in combination with full service on-line website sales. The kiosks are placed in high traffic areas

and sell a full spectrum of industrial hemp products from kiosk vending machines placed in indoor shopping malls or any place of retail business, work or education facilities. The CBDkiosks™, and the full line of consumer products therein, will only be placed and comply with the Federal CSA (Controlled Substance Act) Federal and State Industrial CBD and Hemp lawful policies. CBDkiosks™ all have a tap touchscreen that display all of the product information and educational content in the form of pictures and short videos that helps engage and retain the consumers attention. Examples of the consumer products that will be sold in CBDkiosks™ are: Gummies; CBD tinctures; topical creams such as salves, balms, body

lotions, message oils, roll-ons, patches, tablets, gels, bottled drinking water; flavored bottled water; soda

water and sparkling water. All of the foregoing will be comprised of cannabidiol (CBD) derived solely from Industrial hemp and containing a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent

on a dry weight basis and a CBD content of less than 50 parts per million. The three different types of CBD, containing different compounds and concentrations, are: (1) FULL-SPECTRUM: includes all parts of the cannabis plant. Full spectrum products contain less than <0.3% THC. (2) BROAD-SPECTRUM: This contains most of the cannabis plant compounds and (3) ISOLATE: Only contain no other cannabinoids

of THC ; which can help you choose the best type for your specific needs and preferences. The CBDkiosks™ will use the standard POS (point of sale) transaction method of credit and debit cards along with a "PATENT PENDING" optional, free, special pre-loadable debit card that works in conjunction with a specially designed scratch-off card which gives the consumer an instant onetime 10% to 25% product purchase discount by using that card one time, per sales transaction. The kiosks will sell small sample sizes of each product; while the parent company’s website will sell the larger product sizes; as the kiosks can only accommodate small items and samples. In addition, one style of kiosk will be non-refrigerated and another style will be refrigerated for drinks and the like.
